The company BUDSTAM Sp. z o. o. was founded by two friends who have been gaining experience in the construction industry on the Polish and French market over the last 15 years.
We provide high-class construction services for developers, public institutions and individual investors through comprehensive preparation and implementation of public utility, commercial, residential, hotel and industrial buildings, as well as comprehensive renovation of existing facilities.
The company acts as a general contractor and contractor of construction services, guaranteeing perfect organization and the highest quality of workmanship at every stage of work, with obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits necessary for the comprehensive implementation of contracts.
The goal of BUDSTAM Sp. z o. o. is to create a brand on the construction services market, which, thanks to maintaining high quality standards during the implementation of the entire investment process, will ensure customer satisfaction, and above all, through an individual and flexible approach to each investment, will create a sense of comfort and safety for them.
A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology in the field of Construction with a specialization in Building Structures. After graduation, he joined the French construction company Entreprise de Batîment Dus. After returning to Poland, he used the gained experience by working for Eiffage Polska, where over 12 years he gained experience in the positions of a Site Manager and a Project Manager.
During his professional career, he realized and participated in the following investments: Construction of the Volkswagen factory in Września; construction of the Wavin production hall in Buk; construction of the OBI DIY store in Poznań; construction of the Unilever production hall in Poznań; expansion of the Hotel Wolin in Międzyzdroje; construction of the Elephant House in the New Zoo in Poznań; construction of Osiedle pod Klonami in Poznań for Echo Investment; revitalization and construction of Podwale Office Center for MBC.
A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology in the field of Construction. After graduation, he founded the company Zakład Ogólnobudowlany Tomasz Strużyński, where for 14 years he carried out over 300 investments for a wide range of investors, general contractors, developers, public institutions and individual investors. His achievements include renovation and revitalization of many religious and historic buildings in Poznań and Greater Poland.
During the period of its activity, the company has performed, among others: comprehensive renovation of staircases, balconies and terraces for the Poznań Housing Cooperative; renovation and construction works for the Regional Court in Gniezno and the District Court in Poznań; thermomodernization of the Church of the Epiphany in Poznań; conservation works of the crypts in the basement of the parish church in Poznań; revitalization of the historic facade of the building in Poznań at Kolegiacki Square 16; comprehensive renovation of parish houses in Poznań, Chojnów, Gostyń; renovations of nurseries and kindergartens in Gostyń and Poznań; thermal modernization of the Sports Hall in Pleszew.
